JEFFREY T. ROETHE

Fourth generation of attorneys from Roethe family. Joined the firm in 1973. Graduated with honors from Edgerton High School, the University of Wisconsin Madison and University of Wisconsin Law School in 1969 (Order of the Coif) and rated AV attorney. Teaches lawyering skills course regarding real estate, business organizations and estate planning at University of Wisconsin Law School. He served in the U.S. Army JAGC. Member of the Memorial Community Hospital Capital Foundation, President of Milton Bancshares, Inc., President of Edgerton Economic Development Corporation, Edgerton Rotary Club, American Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar, and Rock County Bar. Specializes in business planning and organizations, estate planning, probate, residential and commercial real estate transactions and municipal law.

MATTHEW T. ROETHE

Fifth generation in his family to work for the firm. Practice of law includes business law, collections, evictions, estates, estate planning and traffic law. Graduated from Edgerton High School and University of Wisconsin Madison with an undergraduate degree in accounting in 1993. Worked in manufacturing and health care accounting for five years. Graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001. Stoughton Municipal Judge from 2012 to the present.
